When and how products purchased from Vardhman Power Controls can be returned.

We want you to be satisfied with every Vee Five product you buy from us. This Return Policy explains when a product can be returned and how the process works.

Return window

You may request a return within [EDIT: e.g. 7 days] of the delivery date.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled and in its original condition;
  • In the original Vee Five packaging with all contents;
  • Accompanied by the order number or invoice.

Products that cannot be returned

  • Products that have been installed, wired, used or damaged after delivery;
  • Products with tampered or missing packaging;
  • Bulk or project orders, unless agreed in writing at the time of order.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within [EDIT: e.g. 48 hours] of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate at no extra cost to you.

How to request a return

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely and hand it over to the courier or send it to the address we provide.

Return shipping
